How do I place an order and what form of payment do you accept?
To place an order, please fill in the 'Contact' form, ensuring you fill in all the fields. In the message box list the products you'd like to order and the address it is being sent to. On receipt of your email order I will email you with my bank account details and confirmation of your order, including shipping costs. On receipt of payment into my account your product will then be made and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Where I can provide a personal delivery of products then cash on delivery is also acceptable. I do not allow collection of orders.
How much is shipping, and do you ship outside of New Zealand?
I will estimate shipping on your order and advise the cost before confirming your order. Please allow 3-7 working days for receiving your delivery. If your order is received on the weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is only available within New Zealand.
Do you offer a guarantee?
If there is a problem with your product, please contact me in the first instant. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will resolve it for you as quickly as possible by offering you either a replacement, a refund or credit.
How long do your products last for?
Each product has a best before date label attached. The ‘Product Use & Care’ section at the bottom of each page will ensure you get the longest life out of each product. Face care products last approximately 6-9 months. All balms, lip balms and moisturising bars last between 12-18 months. Bath Melts and Milk Soaks last approximately 6 months. Natural soaps should be used within 1-2 years from their date of purchase. All products will keep best if they are kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you are travelling to a hot climate, refrigerate products where possible (except soap products).
Do you make all of your products?
Yes - all of my products are created on a made to order basis. Each one is specially mixed, poured, and packaged with great care.
Can I buy your products anywhere other than through your website?
I am home based. The website is the only avenue products can be ordered and purchased. Occasionally I attend Craft Fairs to promote my products. This information will always be advertised on the website.
